Teleseller Job Overview

Clover is looking for 3 motivated and energetic Telesellers to join its Customer Service Centre in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service across multiple channels, capture and confirm customer orders, promote Clover and principal products, and work closely with the team to achieve customer and business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • Relevant experience applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes
  • Experience working with senior management
  • Fluent Business English
  • Advanced computer literacy

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints by working with relevant stakeholders.

Customer Orders

  • Capture customer orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list.
  • Confirm orders according to standard operating procedures.
  • Inform customers when their accounts are on hold.
  • Notify relevant stakeholders about issues affecting customer orders.

Sales

  • Sell Clover and principal products according to customer ranging.
  • Promote new and additional products.
  • Explain product features and special offers to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product sales.

Teamwork

  • Assist colleagues in achieving team targets.
  • Share responsibility for completing team objectives.
  • Support team values and encourage cooperation.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Take responsibility for the visual management of information.
