Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, your duties will include:

  • Clean offices, reception areas, toilets, equipment, and company property.
  • Empty office bins and dispose of waste correctly.
  • Collect recyclable paper waste for collection.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms throughout the day.
  • Dust office furniture regularly.
  • Vacuum carpets at least twice a week.
  • Clean internal windows on a rotational schedule.
  • Store cleaning products and equipment safely after use.
  • Prepare boardrooms before meetings.
  • Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently.
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
  • Maintain high cleaning standards at all times.
  • Assist with additional duties when required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Grade 11 (minimum)
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Grade 12 will be an added advantage
