Call Centre Agent Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service and resolving client queries efficiently.

Key duties include:

  • Provide customer support and assistance in line with iStore trading hours.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.
  • Provide general product and service information.
  • Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.
