Tables Dealer Job Purpose

The Tables Dealer will serve as a frontline customer service representative on the casino floor. The successful candidates will facilitate casino table games while providing excellent guest service and ensuring that all activities comply with company standards and gaming regulations.

Tables Dealer Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Facilitate casino table games in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Provide professional and friendly service to casino guests.
  • Deal games such as Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Poker.
  • Handle gaming chips and table equipment correctly.
  • Follow betting procedures and gaming regulations.
  • Operate relevant gaming equipment, including chipping and shuffling machines.
  • Perform accurate numerical calculations and cash-related transactions.
  • Apply responsible gambling principles.
  • Follow all compliance and regulatory procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and entertaining environment for guests.
  • Deal with customer queries and resolve conflicts appropriately.

Requirements
