About the Role

The Assistant Admin will provide administrative support to the designated manager and department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, documentation, scheduling, reporting, and various support functions while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Administration Diploma or an equivalent qualification (advantageous)
  • 2–3 years’ administrative experience
