Minimum Requirements
For Grants Administration:
- NQF Level 6 qualification (360 credits) in:
- Business Management
- Public Administration
- Information Management
- Computer Science
- Marketing
- Social Sciences
- Financial Management
- Project Management
- Computer literacy
For Debt Management:
- NQF Level 6 qualification in:
- Financial Accounting
- Financial Management
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
Grants Administration Duties:
- Assist clients with grant applications and queries
- Manage queues and client flow
- Support eligibility assessments
- Handle file management and digitisation
- Maintain accurate records and quality assurance
- Support digital services and automation
- Ensure compliance and assist with audits
Debt Management Duties:
- Calculate and manage outstanding debts
- Track payments and update records
- Compile Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) documents
- Follow up with debtors
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Support debt collection processes

- Criminal checks
- Qualification verification
- ITC checks
- Competency assessments
