About the DHL Learnership Programme

The DHL Yes 4 Youth Learnership 2026 is designed to help young South Africans gain valuable workplace experience in logistics operations.

Learners will be exposed to warehouse operations, loading and offloading processes, and supply chain procedures, while building essential workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this DHL learnership, you will:

  • Assist with loading and offloading of goods
  • Follow delivery and operational procedures
  • Learn and understand client requirements
  • Report defects and non-conformities
  • Operate within assigned work areas
  • Follow safety standards and procedures
  • Carry out instructions from supervisors and managers

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this Yes 4 Youth Learnership, you must:

  • Have Matric (Grade 12) with English & Mathematics/Literacy
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be an unemployed youth (18 – 29 years)
  • Be a BBBEE candidate
