Responsibilities
Successful learners will:
- Attend classroom-based learning and practical workplace training.
- Gain exposure to various business processes and departments.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned by supervisors and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Complete assessments, assignments and programme requirements within the required timeframes.
- Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 / Matric.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Be computer literate.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Not have previously participated in or completed a learnership programme.
- Not have an existing bursary or contractual obligation with another organisation.
A relevant Higher Certificate or Advanced National Certificate will be an added advantage.
