Job Purpose
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and operational teams while ensuring the efficient running of the office. The role includes reception duties, financial administration, petty cash management, travel coordination, and providing relief support for creditors, debtors, wages, and value chain administration.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- A relevant Financial Diploma (advantageous)
- Computer literacy
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in:
- General administration
- Creditors administration
- Debtors administration
- Wage administration
- At least 3–5 years’ Personal Assistant (PA) experience
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
- Handle petty cash administration
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Organise staff functions and office events
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Operate the front office reception professionally
- Answer and manage the switchboard
- Receive and dispatch parcels
