About the Position

The Admin Assistant: Filing will provide administrative and clerical support within the Salary Administration Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with municipal record-keeping procedures, and supporting payroll administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage salary administration records from creation to final disposal.
  • Classify, file, store, and retrieve documentation accurately.
  • Maintain proper record management systems in line with municipal procedures.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to salary administrators.
  • Assist with payroll office enquiries and resolve administrative queries.
  • Perform daily operational and administrative duties.

Minimum Requirements
