About the Role (Clover General Worker)
The General Worker will assist production operations within the Powder Factory by performing various general duties, including product handling, shrink-wrapping, loading, cleaning, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
The successful candidate will ensure that all work is completed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Clover’s health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clover General Worker, your duties will include:
- Performing general production and factory duties
- Handling products safely and efficiently
- Shrink-wrapping products
- Sorting damaged products
- Loading and moving products
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complying with health and safety regulations
- Completing any additional duties assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Good command of Business English
- Ability to work in extreme production conditions
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to successfully complete Clover’s readiness assessments
