Job Purpose (Receptionist)
The purpose of this position is to provide professional reception and administrative support while ensuring excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders within the Vehicle Maintenance Workshops.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and assisting clients and visitors professionally.
- Operating the reception area efficiently.
- Performing general clerical and administrative duties.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, council policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.

Minimum Requirements
