SafetySA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SETA Learner to join our team in Centurion. This 12-month learnership offers hands-on experience in administration, SETA coordination, and compliance while contributing to our mission, helping breadwinners return home safely and keeping families whole.

Job Purpose (SafetyCloud SETA Learner)

To support the administration and coordination of learner registrations, achievements, and completions with relevant SETA authorities, ensuring compliance with SafetyCloud and SETA standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and submit learner registrations, achievements, and completions to relevant SETAs
  • Verify and update learner information, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
  • Maintain and file learner records per SETA and company standards
  • Assist with issuing learner statements of results and certificates after SETA approval
  • Prepare and store SETA packs for audits and archiving
  • Support branches and internal staff with SETA-related queries

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric – Essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management – Advantageous

Experience:

  • Prior administrative experience – Advantageous
  • Exposure to OHS/HSE principles and NOSA systems – Advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and prioritization ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Additional Information

  • Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates
  • Candidates must be willing and available to complete a 12-month learnership programme while working
