Purpose of the Role

The Senior Clerk Support Services will provide comprehensive administrative and office support to the Engineering section. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, reporting, documentation, and support services to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing general office administration support.
  • Offering administrative assistance to the Engineering section.
  • Delivering support services for daily departmental operations.
  • Assisting with reporting and advisory services.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have one of the following:

  • Grade 12 (NSC)
  • NCV Level 4
  • N3 Certificate
  • Administration Diploma or Certificate at NQF Level 4 (120 Credits)
