The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring accurate sales administration, claims management, reporting, and compliance with company policies while working closely with Sales, Finance, Shopper, and Shared Services teams.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants applying for Sales Administrator must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • At least 3 years’ Sales Administration experience in an FMCG environment
  • Experience supporting Customer Managers, account teams, or Shared Services
  • Experience with:
    • Sales reporting
    • Pricing administration
    • Claims management
    • Promotional administration
    • Accrual processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise systems
  • Exposure to MicroStrategy, Nielsen, Circana, Power BI, or Power Query will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Supporting Customer Managers and account teams
  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Validating pricing claims and resolving queries
  • Managing promotional and advertising administration
  • Processing accruals and assisting with reconciliations
  • Maintaining customer administration records
  • Ensuring documentation is audit-ready
  • Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
  • Collaborating with Finance, Shopper, Sales, and Shared Services teams
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls
