Available Roles & Responsibilities

General Worker

  • Return overstocked, damaged, or short-dated stock to the DC promptly.
  • Ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.

Picker

  • Accurately pick stock for stores based on picking slips.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Cycle Counter

  • Monitor and track stock quantities in the warehouse.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy.

Forklift Driver

  • Load and offload trucks efficiently.
  • Move and stack pallets safely (requires Forklift license).

Reach Truck Driver

  • Operate reach trucks to pack pallets on racks.
  • Maintain safety standards (requires Reach Truck license).

Auditor

  • Count stock, check for damages, and verify expiry dates.
  • Ensure quality control before stock dispatch.

Combiner

  • Combine stock on pallets and shrink-wrap for store delivery.
  • Support efficient logistics operations.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Grade 12 or National Certificate.
  • 0–2 years of warehouse experience (role assigned based on experience).
  • Forklift or Reach Truck license (mandatory for relevant roles).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Availability

  • Willing to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
