General Worker Job Purpose

The successful candidates will perform maintenance-related work involving sewer networks and infrastructure.

General Workers will support artisans and maintenance teams with physical tasks, sewerage blockage removal, trench digging and other operational duties.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be responsible for:

  • Unblocking municipal and private sewerage blockages.
  • Using the correct tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Performing operations and maintenance duties as instructed by artisans.
  • Digging trenches and carrying out physical work.
  • Assisting maintenance teams with general tasks.
