Collections Consultant Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Contacting customers by phone regarding overdue payments.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
  • Resolving payment-related issues.
  • Building positive relationships with customers.
  • Encouraging customers to make payments.
  • Recording customer communication accurately.
