About the Call Centre Agent Job
The Call Centre Agent will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, including telephone calls, electronic communications and customer queries.

Call Centre Agent Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering customer queries through phone, email and live chat.
