Job Purpose (Assistant General Worker)
The purpose of this role is to provide general site assistance and operational support while ensuring that work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Support site teams in achieving daily operational goals and targets.
- Assist with routine inspections of designated work areas.
- Identify and report hazards or operational deviations.
- Assist with resolving operational challenges and escalate issues where necessary.
- Perform general site duties as assigned.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas through good housekeeping.
- Carry out all duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comply with company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements

- At least one year of relevant work experience.
