Job Purpose
The Administrator: Office Support is responsible for delivering efficient office support services by performing administrative duties according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role helps improve operational quality, productivity, and service delivery within the Taxpayer Engagement division.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate and monitor office supplies, equipment, and stock levels.
- Order office supplies when required.
- Maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
- Retrieve, track, and file important documents accurately.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Assist with contractual, functional, and operational administrative tasks.
- Process administrative transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare reports and provide accurate information for decision-making.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and change initiatives.
- Schedule and organise daily administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with SARS policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Identify operational risks and report them appropriately.
- Continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1
- Relevant Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5).
- At least 2 years’ office administration experience.
OR
Option 2
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate/NQF Level 4).
- At least 3 years’ office administration experience.
