About the Clicks Shop Assistant / Cashier Role

As a Shop Assistant / Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient checkout operations and attractive product displays. You will also support sales growth by promoting Clicks ClubCard memberships and informing customers about current promotions.

This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, energetic, and eager to develop their retail skills.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Essential

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • Previous customer-facing experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
