Programme Overview (Generic Management )

The learnership provides exposure to key corporate functions, including:

  • Human Resources – Learn HR principles and practices.
  • Operations – Understand operational workflows and management.
  • Customer Relations & Business Literacy – Develop client-focused business skills.
  • Finance & Business Numeracy – Gain financial management knowledge.
  • General Management – Explore leadership and decision-making skills.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be unemployed at the time of application.
  • Hold a Grade 12 certificate with an average of 60%.
  • Graduates are also eligible.
  • Reside in the North West province.
  • Be willing to undergo assessments for selection purposes.

Recommended:
