Minimum Requirements

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric.

Desirable:

  • Grade 12 Mathematics with at least 50%.
  • Grade 12 English with at least 50%.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a retail or FMCG store environment.

Shop Assistant / Cashier Duties

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Scanning merchandise accurately.

  • Handling cash safely and responsibly.

  • Performing merchandising activities according to store standards.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping within the store.
