Job Overview

As a Call Centre Agent, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer and passenger calls
  • Assist with flight-related queries (delays, cancellations, bookings)
  • Provide clear explanations and support to customers
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
  • 1–4 years Call Centre experience (Essential)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • No criminal or credit record

Advantageous

  • Travel or aviation-related qualification
  • Own transport
