Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping Duties
- Clean offices, kitchens, corridors, restrooms, and public areas
- Empty and dispose of waste materials properly
- Clean walls, windows, doors, and furniture
- Dust, wipe, and polish surfaces and fittings
- Replenish consumables such as soap and paper towels
Equipment & Maintenance
- Operate cleaning machines (scrubbers, polishers, vacuum machines)
- Clean and maintain equipment after use
- Report faulty equipment to the supervisor
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and as instructed
Facility Support
- Prepare meeting rooms and training venues
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Complete cleaning checklists and documentation
- Wear appropriate PPE when performing duties
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Grade 10 and/or
- Certificate in Cleaning and Housekeeping
Experience
- At least 6 months cleaning experience
Key Skills and Attributes
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
