About the Programme

Key Responsibilities

As a Communications Support Intern, your duties may include:

Communications and Social Media

  • Support development of marketing and communication strategies
  • Manage and update programme social media platforms
  • Create digital content including videos, graphics, and blog posts
  • Produce publicity materials such as flyers, banners, and promotional content

Media Monitoring and Analytics

  • Monitor media coverage and trending topics
  • Prepare analytics and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to increase programme visibility

Programme Support

  • Assist with programme implementation activities
  • Support the organization of events, meetings, and campaigns
  • Contribute to communications for the 2026 International Pride Awards

Research and Knowledge Sharing

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following educational criteria:

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree, OR
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree, OR
  • Graduated from a Master’s degree within the last 12 months

Language Requirement

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage
