Responsibilities
The Housekeeper will be responsible for:
- Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the entire camp
- Managing lost and found items for guests
- Conducting daily inspections and quality checks to uphold housekeeping standards
- Overseeing housekeeping operations, including compliance with health and hygiene regulations
- Supervising housekeeping staff and managing human capital effectively
- Controlling housekeeping operational stock, assets, and budget
- Ensuring the implementation of health and safety measures for employees and guests
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Coordinating with relevant departments for seamless operations
- Managing the maintenance of housekeeping facilities
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management
Experience
- At least three years of housekeeping or tourism supervisory experience
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of health and hygiene standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and liaison abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
