Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Hollard Learnership 2026, candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18–25
  • Have completed Grade 12/Matric
  • Have passed:
    • English with 60% or higher
    • Maths with 50% OR Maths Literacy with 60%
  • Not currently be studying
  • Not registered for any other learnership
  • Not have completed an insurance learnership previously
  • Be currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate role for more than 6 months
