About the Security Officer Learnership

Key Responsibilities
Security Monitoring & Patrolling
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity
- Patrol designated areas to maintain safety and visibility
- Respond to incidents and report security breaches promptly
Customer & Staff Assistance
- Provide support and assistance to employees and visitors
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with the public
Training & Compliance
- Complete all learnership training sessions and coursework
- Follow Fidelity safety policies, procedures and regulations
- Support the security team with general operational tasks
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- PSIRA Grade C certificate (Mandatory)
- Minimum Grade 10
- Must have previously contributed to UIF
- Youth aged 18–27 will be prioritised
