Seasonal Sales Associate (120hr) – The FIX Canal Walk
The FIX, part of the TFG retail group, is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate for the Canal Walk store. This is an exciting retail opportunity for individuals who love fashion, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- Represent The FIX brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions.
- Actively track sales performance and work towards daily and monthly targets.
- Sell a diverse range of fashion and décor products.
- Stay updated on the latest trends to better assist customers.
- Seek out opportunities to create new sales and upselling moments.
Store Operations
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready.
- Maintain visual appeal and contribute to overall store standards.
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills Required
- Passionate about people and customer service
- Target-driven and results-focused
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
