Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • No prior experience required
  • Basic knowledge of administrative processes
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
  • Numeracy and data handling skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and responsive

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to capture, update, and validate data on computer systems
  • Generate spreadsheets and update databases accurately
  • Compile routine statistical information and reports
  • Attention to detail and quality control of data
  • Ability to manage files, records, and DHIS database
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork and ability to work independently

Key Duties

  • Capture and update data from records into electronic systems
  • Validate data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
  • Generate spreadsheets and compile statistical reports
  • Receive, register, and track documents submitted for processing
  • Maintain and update files and electronic records
  • Support administrative and routine maintenance functions
  • Retrieve and provide data as required for reporting purposes
