Programme Overview (PG Glass Work Integrated Learning)

The PG Glass Work Integrated Learning Opportunities 2025 aim to provide unemployed South African youth with valuable hands-on experience in customer service, technical operations, and business administration.
This initiative helps participants develop essential industry skills while contributing to a well-established brand known for quality, innovation, and service excellence.

Available Learning Opportunities

1. Contact Centre Trainee

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

2. Autoglass Trainee

  • Install, repair, and replace automotive glass on various vehicles.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional service and technical support.

3. Customer Service Consultant

  • Manage the Fitment Centre front desk and assist with internal sales.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and corporate standards.
  • Support operations and lead in the absence of the Fitment Centre Manager.

4. Human Resources & Finance Trainee

  • Provide administrative and operational support to HR and Finance teams.
  • Assist with documentation, data processing, and general office duties.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Matric Required

HET (Higher Education and Training) Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management
  • Diploma/Degree in Operations Management
  • Diploma/Degree in Retail Management
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing Management

NATED (N6) Qualifications:

  • Management Assistant N6
  • Business Management N6
  • Office Management N6
  • Supply Chain Management N6
  • Engineering Studies (Fitting & Turning) N6
  • Human Resources Management N6
  • Financial Management N6
  • Call Centre or Customer Service–related qualifications
