FSCA Internship Overview
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the FSCA Internship Programme 2025/26. This one-year internship offers valuable exposure to market conduct regulation, financial supervision, and consumer protection within South Africa’s financial sector.
The programme aims to develop a pipeline of skilled young professionals who can contribute to the FSCA’s mission to:

- Ensure fair treatment of financial customers
- Enhance financial education and stability
Programme Structure
Successful candidates will receive structured mentorship and practical training under the supervision of experienced FSCA professionals. Interns will be assigned to relevant divisions based on their academic background and career goals and will gain hands-on experience through competency-based learning.

- Multi-media Design / Graphic Design / Digital Media

- Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE)
