Job Purpose

The Procurement Graduate Programme is designed to equip graduates with practical skills in material planning, procurement, and supply chain operations.

You will:

  • Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Support maintenance and supply of train components
  • Collaborate with multiple departments
  • Gain experience in industry systems like SAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply materials and parts for train maintenance projects
  • Ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance
  • Use SAP systems for:
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Material Master Data
    • Procurement processes
  • Maintain correct stock levels across locations
  • Support procurement and logistics operations

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this Procurement Graduate Programme 2026, you must have:

  • A Degree in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Logistics
    • Engineering (or related field)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • No prior work experience required
  • Be a South African citizen (aged 18–35)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
