Role Purpose

The Front Office Coordinator (Invoicing Support) will assist the Invoicing Team by processing technician job submissions and following up on outstanding purchase orders.

The role also acts as a link between multiple departments, including:

  • Service Control
  • Technicians
  • Credit Control
  • Sales

This ensures that all documentation required for invoice finalisation is accurate and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

Case Report Management

  • Review case reports and identify invoices not yet generated
  • Verify technician worksheets submitted via the invoicing system
  • Follow up with technicians and service control on missing documents

Purchase Order Follow-Ups

  • Track outstanding purchase orders for completed work
  • Communicate with Service Control, Credit Control, and Sales teams
  • Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness

Pro Forma Invoice Support

  • Assist with preparing pro forma invoices on the ERP system
  • Forward invoices to relevant teams for purchase order processing

Invoice Processing

  • Assist with raising invoices for upgrade and renewal contract de-installations
  • Ensure all documentation and system entries are accurate

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the YES4Youth Programme, applicants must:

  • Be unemployed South African youth
  • Be aged 18 – 29 years
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have not participated in the YES programme before
  • Have no criminal record
  • Be able to start 1 May 2026
  • Reside close to the workplace

Minimum Qualification

  • Grade 12 / Matric

Additional qualifications aligned with the role will be advantageous.
