  • Salary: R228,321 per annum (Level 5)
  • Centre: SAPS Academy, Philippi

Requirements:

  • Must display competency in post-specific core functions.
  • Fluent in at least two official languages (one must be English).
  • Must be a South African Citizen.
  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) (NQF level 4).
  • No previous criminal/departmental convictions or pending cases.
  • Subject to vetting, security screening, and fingerprint verification.
  • A Certificate in Food Preparation and/or Catering is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate elementary machines and equipment.
  • Willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Duties:

  • Administer general mess matters and mess purchases.
  • Control mess stock.
  • Prepare meals according to healthy menus.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Serve meals and provide waiter service.
