REQUIREMENTS
ABET/AET certification and no prior experience necessary. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of the procedures and processes governing Auxiliary Support services in the public sector. Understanding of the methods and systems that govern the administration of general, domestic, and office services activities. Understanding of the Batho Pele principles. Asset management expertise.
DUTIES
Assist the Deputy Director with managing the department’s security section, which includes the following responsibilities: Cleaning services include dusting and waxing office furniture, sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors, vacuuming and shampooing floors, and cleaning walls, windows, and doors. Emptying and cleaning dirty bins, collecting and removing waste papers, refreshing areas, cleaning the general kitchen by cleaning 167 basins, washing and stocking kitchen utensils, cleaning the restrooms by refilling hand wash and liquid soap, replacing toilet papers, hand towels, and refreshers, emptying and cleaning waste bins, maintaining and replenishing cleaning materials and equipments, reporting broken cleaning machines and equipments, cleaning of machines and equipments, etc.) And equipment after us.
