Grade 12 certificate is prerequisite to qualify for this position. The salary R321 543 – R378 765 per annum.
Bachelor’s degree in three years/National Diploma in Administration or related equivalent qualification: At least three years of relevant experience in court and office administration is required. Knowledge of the PFMA, DFI, BAS, and JYP, as well as other relevant laws; Human resource, asset, facility, and risk management knowledge; A current driver’s license. Control the areas connected to Family Courts, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management; manage the office’s finances (Third Party Funds and Vote Account); Manage the criminal and civil court administration divisions; general supervision of administrative employees; management of the Department’s facilities at court; coordination, management, and administration of support services to Case Flow Management and other court users to guarantee justice delivery; Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Court Manager or Area Court Manager
