About the Unitary Installer Learnership
Bidvest Facilities Management is offering a 12-month Unitary Installer Learnership Programme aimed at developing entry-level technical professionals for careers in Facilities Management, HVAC, and technical services.
This professional learnership is aligned with the QCTO Occupational Qualification (103269) and combines theoretical training, practical skills development, and supervised workplace experience to prepare learners for employment in technical environments.
Learnership Overview
The Unitary Installer Learnership includes:
- Classroom-based theoretical instruction

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 qualification OR
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (compulsory) - Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Good physical health suitable for site-based technical work
- Medically fit, including Working at Heights
- Comfortable working at heights (training provided)
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and work with tools and equipment
- Physically able to work in plant rooms, rooftops, and construction environments
- Ability to follow safety rules and technical instructions
