Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Hollard Unemployed Learnership 2026, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18–25 years
- Have completed Matric / Grade 12
- Achieved at least 60% in English and one other language
- Achieved 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Maths Literacy
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
- Not be registered for any other learnership
- Not have participated in a formal insurance learnership before
- Have basic computer literacy (advantageous)
