Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 certificate.
- Experience: 1+ years in administration or similar roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong planning, organizational, and writing skills.
- Basic financial acumen and understanding of SCM processes.
- Attributes:
- Client service orientation, ethical conduct, and emotional intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Office Coordination:
- Maintain departmental records and ensure policy adherence.
- Manage stationery, document validation, and system updates.
- Meeting Support:
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Document Management:
- Administer filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Draft letters, allocate reference numbers, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
