Position Purpose (Non-Technical Learner)

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme is designed for students and recent graduates who want to gain practical workplace experience. Over 18 months, learners will apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment, enhance employability through hands-on training, mentorship, and industry exposure, and develop both personal and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Task Execution

  • Assist in specific departmental projects or work-streams.
  • Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
  • Support administrative functions including documentation and reporting.

Learning & Development

  • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship.
  • Shadow experienced professionals to gain workplace insights.
  • Engage in problem-solving and analytical activities.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams to meet departmental goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • N6 in Finance (TVET College qualification)
  • South African citizen aged 18 – 35 years
  • No active bursary obligation with another company
  • Must provide:
    • Certified copy of Matric certificate
    • Certified academic record
    • Certified copy of ID
    • TVET experiential learning letter
  • Preference will be given to People with Disabilities
