Momentum Learnership Opportunity 2026

Momentum Group is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme in Centurion.

This programme is designed to help unemployed youth gain practical work experience and theoretical knowledge in the financial services industry.

Programme Overview

The Momentum Learnership Programme provides:

  • 12 months of structured training and workplace experience
  • Exposure to operations and business processes
  • Opportunity to build a Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
  • Increased chances of future employment opportunities

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Have Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Mathematics:
    • Minimum 40%, OR
    • Mathematical Literacy: 60%
  • English and another SA language: minimum 50%
  • Be computer literate (advantageous)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a South African citizen (18–30 years old)
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be available from:
    • 01 June 2026 – 31 May 2027
  • Must NOT be studying during the programme
  • Must NOT have completed the same learnership before
  • Must be able to commute to Centurion

  • Attend classroom training and on-the-job learning
  • Gain knowledge of company products and processes
  • Complete logbooks and Portfolio of Evidence (POE)
  • Participate in assessments (formative & summative)
  • Demonstrate understanding of systems and operations
