About the Role (Human Resources Administrator)

SBV Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator Learnership candidate to join our Cape Town CBD team. This is an exciting opportunity for young South African graduates or school leavers to gain practical experience in HR administration while contributing to the smooth running of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Duties:

  • Execute general administration tasks as assigned by the department
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports according to agreed standards
  • Capture and update information in various HR and administrative systems
  • File and scan documentation as required
  • Assist with query resolution and follow-ups

Governance & Compliance:

  • Align with SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards
  • Ensure departmental processes and quality management systems comply with ISO standards
  • Support SBV’s ESG initiatives, reporting and managing requirements for positive outcomes

Culture & Change Management:

  • Drive departmental values and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Act as an ambassador for change, ensuring smooth transitions and business continuity
  • Communicate new processes, procedures, and policies clearly across teams
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent communication

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (minimum)
  • 3-year Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field – advantageous
  • At least 1 year of general administration experience – advantageous
  • Computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • South African citizen
  • Must be between 18–30 years old
  • Must be unemployed
