Job Overview (General Worker)
We are seeking a General Worker to join our NTK Retail team in Lephalale. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to perform manual and general labour tasks in a retail and agricultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the workplace
- Perform cleaning duties and general housekeeping
- Assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading of stock according to company policies
- Support stock control and inventory management
- Undertake adhoc duties as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service
- Add value to the overall function of the job
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Ability to perform hard manual labour
- Service-oriented, accurate, thorough, and precise
