About the SITA Graduate Programme Role

As a Graduate, you will support user account administration and basic IT support activities. The role focuses on system access management, troubleshooting login issues, and ensuring compliance with security and access control standards.

This position is well suited for candidates with strong attention to detail, basic IT knowledge, and a passion for technology and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage user accounts according to established standards and procedures
  • Troubleshoot login and system access issues after account creation
  • Resolve errors such as duplicate usernames and permission conflicts
  • Accurately capture and maintain user information and system records
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to naming conventions
  • Support security, compliance, and access control requirements
  • Follow structured processes and internal policies at all times

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Basic PC literacy (email, system navigation, data entry)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Basic problem-solving ability related to user access issues
