Key Responsibilities

Administration Clerks will be responsible for:

  • Rendering general clerical support services
  • Providing supply chain clerical support within the relevant component
  • Supporting personnel administration processes
  • Assisting with financial administration within the component
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with departmental procedures

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification

Skills & Competencies:

  • Computer literacy, including MS Office applications
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
