Overview (Workplace Experience Student)

Tiger Brands is recruiting a Workplace Experience Student: People to join the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development (TL & LD) team. This full-time, onsite internship offers valuable HR and administrative experience within one of South Africa’s leading FMCG companies.

This role is based in Manna and forms part of Tiger Brands’ commitment to developing future HR professionals through structured workplace exposure.

About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Student, you will provide accurate and timeous administrative support to the TL & LD team. You will work closely with portfolio specialists across the business to coordinate programmes, schedule events and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience in people management, HR operations, talent development, and organisational learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR & Talent Administration

  • Handle all transactional tasks relating to your HR functional work stream.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent, Learning and Leadership Development team.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with business stakeholders regarding upcoming TL & LD events and activities.
  • Follow up on meeting invitations and maintain registers of attendance and non-attendance.
  • Inform teams about changes to events or timeline updates.

3. Scheduling & Event Support

  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and learning sessions as requested by the TL & LD team.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and ensure continuous communication with stakeholders.

4. Process & System Updates

  • Communicate updates on process changes, timelines, and system improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR administrative services.

Qualifications
