This 3-month paid internship (June–August 2026) offers hands-on exposure to the world of financial services, technology, and client relationship management, the perfect start to your professional journey.

About the Role (Visa Client Services Internship)

As part of Visa’s Global Client Support team, you will collaborate with industry experts to support clients such as issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants worldwide. You’ll help improve client performance, resolve operational queries, and contribute to post-sales support strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to operational and support inquiries from Visa clients.
  • Provide guidance on VisaNet Core Application Services, billing, and transaction queries.
  • Conduct research to identify and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and log resolutions in tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely client issue resolution.
  • Participate in Client QBR meetings and contribute to performance reports.
  • Assist in data analysis to identify customer trends and service improvements.
  • Support process optimization and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT.
  • Expected graduation date: December 2026.
  • Available for a 3-month internship (June–August 2026).
  • Eligible to start a full-time position by January 2027.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Exposure to or interest in the financial services or payments industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and diverse environment.
